We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

Beautiful, modest and comfortable. I wore this for a prom and was very comfortable in the dress all day and night. It was lots of fun to dance in! I'm 5'3" and 118lbs and I wore this dress in a size 2. It fit perfect
I'm not sure if I want to purchase it online, but I really like this particular brand. After ordering, I wasn't disappointed. I received it, the quality was good, and the delivery speed was fast!!

Absolutely loved this dress! I got so many compliments The material was good quality and the color was beautiful. The corset back made it so I could loosen or tighten this dress in any way I wanted!
The dress was absolutely stunning. The material was great. I’m 5’6 and 135lbs so I got a size 6. It was a little on the long side so I did have it taken up. I expected that though. If you’re on the fence about buying it. Buy it. You can’t beat the price! And again the material was so different! Loved it all
I received this dress in a size 8. It makes me feel very feminine and the dress gives me a nice shape. I love the ruffle. Nice length and feel free and not constricting. I’m thinking of buying in another color. Fabric is nice and soft. Total thumbs up on this dress.
