We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I am 5’7, 160 pounds and i got a size 8. This dress was everything and I got countless compliments, the color was beautiful and the shipping was crazy fast, i got express shipping but the processing did that about 10-12 days. The seller communication is amazing!!
I ordered this dress for my daughter’s prom in pink. It was the perfect color and fit! She loves it!!
We ordered in store on 2/17, they only have size 2 to try on but they measured my daughter in store and were extremely helpful! Make sure to go by measurements not size because we ordered 2 sizes up from her regular dress size and each dress is different. It arrived today less than 4 weeks. I was worried after I ordered seeing some of things online saying they were not legit. It is exactly as pictured, gorgeous, high quality and third of what a SH costs! So happy with my purchase for my daughter’s senior prom! She is going to look beautiful!
If Im honest I was quite hesitant on purchasing a dress online. So glad I did. The dress was well packaged. It was excellent quality, not cheaply made at all. Fits perfectly! I would most likely pay double in a walk in store for the dress I purchased. My daughter is in love with the dress. We even got a check in email a few weeks after purchase to check everything was ok.
