Return Policy

This new policy applies to new orders placed after 5/29/2026.

Customer satisfaction means everything to us! We hope you do love your KissProm purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress.

Easy Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Timeline

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 21 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Returns sent within 45 calendar days of delivery (but after 21 calendar days) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

What Can Be Returned

  • All dresses (standard sizes only) are eligible for a return or exchange within 45 calendar days of delivery.
  • Accessories are Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition.
  • All tags and ribbons must be attached.
  • Items must be free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, hair, and damage.
  • Returns that do not pass inspection will not be accepted, and the customer must pay return shipping to receive the item back.

Return Shipping Fees (Domestic Orders Only)

We’re happy to offer one free return per order for eligible domestic orders.

  • The First Return Free benefit applies to the first returned item from an order, provided the return is postmarked within 21 calendar days of delivery.
  • If multiple items are returned from the same order, one applicable return shipping fee will be waived.
  • Any additional returned items from the same order will be subject to the following return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund: 
  • Short Dresses – $9
  • Long Dresses & Wedding Dresses – $12
  • Quinceañera Dresses – $20

International customers, including those with U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO/AE/AP/AA), are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees.

To ensure timely processing, please include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation inside the return package.

Refunds & Fees

For eligible domestic orders, the First Return Free benefit includes:

  • A free prepaid return label
  • No restocking fee

Any additional returned items from the same order are subject to:

  • Applicable return shipping fees
  • A 15% restocking fee per item
  • If an item is returned damaged, stained, or not in acceptable condition, the 15% restocking fee will still apply and the return may be rejected.

ATTN: Please note that any amount paid for economy (express) shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

We offer an easy self-serve return process. For size or fit issues, simply follow the self-serve steps below:

  • Request a Return

      Log in to your Account, select the order, and click "Request return".

  • Get Your Label

      Once your request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.

  • Ship It Back

      After receiving the label, print and attach it to your package, then drop it off with the carrier within 7 calendar days to complete your return.

⚠️  For Quality, Damage, or Color Concerns: Please send us an email  before starting a return request. Our team will review the issue and provide further instructions.

How long will it take to get my refund?

  • Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 10 business days.

  • Refunds

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund or store credit to appear in your account.

🚫 Please Note: KissProm will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-KissProm items that you may have accidentally sent to us.

What items are excluded from returns and exchanges

  • Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
  • Customized Items (e.g., personalized or made-to-order) & Shoes & Accessories
  • Items purchased as part of a Buy-More-Keep-One promotion
  • Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box

Exchange Policy

To exchange a standard-size item, you can start your return process first. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit our store location. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy.

If you wish to cancel a custom-sized item after 72 hours of placing your order, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.

About Sizing / Alterations

Sizing information is provided by the designer and is listed in U.S. sizes.

Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart.
