Easy Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

  • Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.

  • Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

  • Complete the Return Form

Start by filling out our Return Form on the website to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Ship Back Your Item

After receiving your RAN, return the item within 5 business days using our return shipping label.

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Full Refund or Store Credit

If you return your item within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 5 days of approval), you’ll receive a full refund or store credit, minus the return shipping fee.

  • Store Credit with Restocking Fee

If you return your item within 7–30 days after delivery (postmarked no later than 5 days after approval), you’ll receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.

  • No Returns After 30 Days

We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

ATTN: Please note that any amount paid for expedited shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.

  • Long Dresses & Wedding Dresses $12
  • Quinceañera Dresses $20

If you purchased shipping insurance during checkout, the return shipping fee is waived.

How long will it take to get my refund?

  • Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 10 business days.

  • Refunds

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🚫 Please Note: KissProm will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-KissProm items that you may have accidentally sent to us.

What items are excluded from returns and exchanges

  • Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
  • Customized Items & Accessories( g., personalized or made-to-order)
  • Items purchased as part of a Buy-Many-Keep-One promotion
  • Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box

Exchange Policy

To exchange a standard-size item, you can start your return process first. You can then place a new order online for a replacement item. If the item you are looking for isn’t available online, please feel free to visit our store location. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as it is not shipped out. Once an order is shipped then it will follow the regular return policy. If you wish to cancel a custom-sized item from your order after it has been processed,a 15% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.

About Sizing / Alterations

Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes and are given to us by the designer.

Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions from each other or from other types of clothing you may be used to, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart to ensure your best fit!

It's also important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!
