Important Info

All orders ship out of Los Angeles, we design all of our styles in-house. You can see an estimated shipping time for each style by going to the specific product page and selecting your size. 

All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in the shipping charges.

Delivery Times

In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Other items will ship by the date listed on the specific product page. We do specifically outline the estimated shipping time on each product page once a size is selected. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery timeframe can also be found on the individual product page or in your email confirmation.

After an order has shipped, express delivery is 3-4 business days domestically while economy is 5-8 business days with regular shipping. If your expedite the delivery timeframe , you will choose an express shipping option at the checkout.

Order Delay

We at KissProm.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
