Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

i bought this dress for my prom, kinda nervous about the length because i am 6 foot and i had to wear heels, but it turned out to be perfect. I got my dress the day of/day before the event so no time for alterations but it turned out to not need any!! i will say if you’re in a crunch order in a enough time incase it comes a little late.
It fit like a glove. Initially, I mistakenly ordered black. Within a few hours of sending an email, my mistake was corrected without delay or added expenses. She's wearing a size 8 dress. 5'3. She loved her dress and so did everyone else. We'd order from them again in the future.

The fit was perfect and the cut of the dress is forgiving in all the right places and gives the illusion of curves. I'm not a particularly curvy gal and I liked the way this dress gave me more of a defined waist line. I feel that it runs true to size and was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dress.
I love this dress! I was going to an awards banquet and I wanted something classy and glamorous without being too flashy. I got this dress in champagne and it was perfect! The ruching was flattering and hides imperfections, and the neckline was comfortable and secure. I had to fly to my event and I was able to pack the dress temporarily in a carry-on suitcase, and the material did not show signs of wrinkling when removed. I got many compliments and I was comfortable too. I highly recommend this dress!
I absolutely love it! The material is very curvy friendly and draped my curves beautifully. The dress is exactly as pictured online and the color is stunning. It fit true to size for me( I'm a size 6) and was very flattering on my curves. The dress is comfortable enough to dance the night away. I received so many compliments when I wore this dress to my class reunion. Overall, this is a beautiful and well-made dress that I highly recommend!
