We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

I am very very pleased with the quality of this dress! Dress is exact to photo and it arrived on time for my event! Very well made, sizing is spot on! The only issue I had was, in order for this to be an off the shoulder dress, the straps needed to be a bit bigger as they do not fit for off the shoulder and they are a bit tight even for regular straps. So definitely measure your shoulders for proper fitting for these straps. Other than that I am very very pleased with this dress and will definitely be ordering more dresses from this site 😍
I was surprised when I tried this on. It is very flattering and supportive! True to size and perfect for curvy girls. There is wire underneath the breast area, so keep that in mind. I ordered the pink dress and it’s great material and sparkly! 10/10
I love this dress, it is really good quality. However, there was a slight shipping delay, and it arrived a day later than expected. Customer service was helpful when I contacted them, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

This dress is so cute. It’s true to size and good quality and it’s identical to the product shown in the photos. I’ve been trying to find a dress for weeks and hated everything and took a chance on this dress and it’s perfect ! Highly recommend. The sparkles are not itchy at all and the material is soft and comfortable and still has great shape to it.
