We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

I am pleasantly surprised at how great this dress is. It's very flattering on and I'm impressed that it's made well, hangs nicely and looks like a much more expensive dress. I would say normally an 8 fits me more often and I ordered a size 8 and it perfect. I don't like my clothes skin tight or suggestive so I am very happy that the fit is skimming over my body and not clinging to every curve yet still accentuates my waist and suggests an hourglass figure. I am 5'5" 148 sadly, this is a high weight for me so I hope to lose the 11 pounds I recently gained. It will still be fine. It's about an inch and a half too long with heels. I'm very pleased with my new dress, I love it. Yay!

My dress is absolutely stunning! It was beautiful and well made and got lots of compliments! the colour is also so pretty! I bought it for prom, the dress is gorgeous and fits me perfectly! I could cry from how beautiful it is. Buying a dress online is scary, but I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
