Customize Prom Dress

How often have you encountered that perfect dress on social media but had no idea where to buy it? We know how difficult it can be to find the ideal outfit for a special occasion. And, regardless of whether you’re shopping for a birthday, prom, graduation, or any other memorable day, only the best dress will do. This is why we’ve created our innovative tailor-made dress service so that you can have a dress that is as special as the occasion.
As this is a custom one-off request, the dresses cannot be returned and do not fall under our returns policy. The gown was designed and made for the client's loving.

Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
