Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

This dress is absolutely a must have. It fits well, and is nicely snug (I mean that in the best way) you don’t feel like your going to fall on you face and it’s easy to walk in even with the tappered bottom. I was little worried because it’s all sequence but it actually looks beautiful. Came in great shape (nothing wrong with it) perfect fit. So happy! It’s a great classy ( little sexy) but fun dress.
This dress is phenomenal. The fit was perfect. I usually have to have alterations (hemming) but not on this dress. I received so many compliments. This dress is one of my favorite dresses I have worn. I work this to a Military banquet event.

I am so pleased with this beautiful dress. It is true to size (maybe on the smaller side) It has a side zipper. I ordered small. I am 5.2 125 lbs and it's a perfect fit. I could not find anything unique like this in the brick stores. Great price. I highly recommend.
I ordered this, along with several other options, for an upcoming cruise. This was by far my favorite out of the ones I tried on. Very flattering and elegant for a great price tag. It was comfortable and true to size. I can't wait to wear it for our formal night on the cruise.
