Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Comfortable dress worn to The Queen’s Prom-A Experience. Fit great and very comfortable. It met and exceeded my expectations. Looked like custom made for me. Comfortable. The lining is soft against the skin. Made me feel like a million bucks.

I never usually buy clothes, let alone a prom dress online, but I had to because of places being closed. Let me tell you that this dress is AMAZING! It looks soooo great for the price. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheap, simple, lovely dress for a fancy event, THIS IS WORTH IT! I am so excited to wear it. It does feel heavy which is great, it also is not itchy.

I made sure I took my measurements and then chose a size. It came in and fit PERFECTLY! More beautiful in person. I got so many compliments. Gorgeous dress! Very comfortable and flattering! Great quality. And in love. Very quick shipping. And excellent customer service. Lovely lovely dress!!
