We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I purchased this a bit last minute for a prom. I love the color, it's just as pictured. I had multiple compliments from everyone. Everyone complimented both the style and color. I found the dress to be both comfortable and flattering. I'm 5'8" and weigh 145lbs. I purchased the 12 and it fit very well.
This dress surprised me, it fit beautifully. It ever-so-slightly was fitted to my figure, so I didn’t feel like I was wearing a tent but also wasn’t tight (which I hate). (For reference, I’m 5’3, 130 pounds). The fabric flowed nicely. I purchased the fuchsia and it was perfect for the semi-formal prom I attended. I wore a long necklace with it and overall felt like it was the perfect, classy dress. Am so pleased to have this as part of my wardrobe.

This is an amazing sweep-train dress. It is thick and high quality, and even though I bought it in pink it is not see-through! It is soft and comfortable and especially amazing for the price. This is a really great product. I have already recommended it to a friend.
