We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

This dress was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Lisa was phenomenal with helping me! I initially ordered a 14 and after Lisa requested my measurements the factory sent a 16. The 16 was perfect but I could have succeeded with a 14 since the strings in the back leave you ALOT of adjusting room! But the 16 was the perfect fit if it was a dress with a zip back, kiss prom really does great with measurements!! shout out to Lisa and the team!! Im not going to lie when my daughter sent me this website for the prom dress she wanted i was so scared to order from there thinking the dress wasnt going to look nice that the material was going to be cheap but boy was i so wrong the dress is perfect it fit perfectly on my daughter i love how they make sure thwy have all the right measurements for the dress to fit and how they shipped the dress to make sure my daughter got it on time for prom.
