We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

I bought this dress last month and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Length is great and extremely comfortable. Hugs the body perfectly - not too tight whatsoever. A little short, but nothing poked out. Fabric is super soft and stretchy
While I struggle with the top part of this dress not laying flatteringly it definitely hugs the body in all the right places. I have decided to keep this dress because even with its small flaw, I can work with it. The pattern looks just like the picture. Love it
Dress surpassed my expectations. Its sexy and fits nicely. The flexibility of the material allows your body to breathe and not feel tight in it. Might even be able to size down. The final look was flattering to my body. Love the dress.
This dress is really cute and comfortable with a sheath fit that is not too baggy and not too tight. The color was as pictured - pretty, Royal Blue. I am 5'3" and 140 lbs and the size 8 fits perfectly.
