We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

The dress is very nice quality- I wore the dress in a musical theatre performance that was dance/jump heavy and even with being strapless it stayed up the whole time! I’m not wearing the sleeves in my pictures but they look just like advertised.

I received this dress in hopes to wear it to my homecoming dance, and it lived up to my expectations. It fit great according to the size chart. The fabric was comfortable and did not feel cheap which one might expect. The color was accurate to the one featured in the picture, and the sequins seemed as though they would uphold through a night of dancing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dress for any occasion.
Got this for my daughters Homecoming and was pleasantly surprised at Hell Will made it was for the value. She looked beautiful in it and I will get plenty of use in the meantime.
