Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

We will absolutely use KissProm in the future. We ordered my daughters custom made prom dress. We picked her dress and added her measurements. Within 12 hours of ordering we got an email asking to verify measurements and when the date of the event was, I was vague and stated mid April. The shipping was within their quoted time, we order the end of February and the dress was delivered mid March. The dress was absolutely perfect for my daughter and she loved it.
I purchased products from the kissprom website for my Miss America pageant. To be honest, this is my first time buying from this website, but their service attitude is very good, and they have a physical store in California, USA. I was also very satisfied with the goods I received.
I absolutely love this dress. I got it, tried it on and it fit amazing. I got a custom size and it fits just like it should. I am in love with this dress perfect quality and definitely going to be amazing for my junior prom.
The quality is quite good, the colour is just like in the picture, the whole dress is really pretty!
