We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

The fit was perfect! It was so comfortable to wear on a night out, perfect for formal events! I wore it to a masquerade ball and got a ton of compliments! The fabric is light and stretchy. It's true to size!
This dress is gorgeous and amazing material. My husband said it looked very nice on me and some other inappropriate things lol. It fit very well and was easy to get on and to move in and dance. It wasn't heavy and it was the best dress for the money. I am excited to wear it again sometime.

This dress was great quality and the stitching was very even. Material is nice and did not snag. Will need pressed which costs a lot if you have it professionally done. Pay attention to the measurements, we needed to have it shortened. It is a very nice dress for formal events.
