We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Well-made. I’d recommend sizing down. The lace-up back can accommodate a little extra bulk if the dress is small on you but it doesn’t help if the dress is too big on you.
Returning because I think it’s ugly, but it looks just like the pictures so if you like the pictures you’ll like the dress.
I love the dress. It took almost a month for it to arrive which made me nervous as my wedding is a week away but it finally came in and it's beautiful and fits with just the right amount of space.
My daughter wore this to prom and she looked stunning. She loved the corset back and the way it draped looked gorgeous in photos. She did have to walk like Cinderella and carry the dress but not too high or the panels would show a bit of her booty.
We ordered this dress last minute because my daughter was not too happy with her original dress she purchased, which was 3x the price of this one. The seller contacted us asking for my daughters measurements which we 1st sent the wrong ones then we resent again and the sellers was very understanding and patient. The dress was running late and we were worried 1st because we though it might not get here on time then that it would not be like the picture. But we received it 3 days before prom and the dress was just like the picture if not better my daughter looked beautiful and the dress fit her like a glove! Thank you very much!
The fabric flows beautifully and it’s well made and lines. It didn’t reveal too much cleavage. I wore it to a prom and I loved it. The size 4 fit perfectly.
