We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

I am around 5’8 and always worried about formal dresses not being long enough. I got a size 6 and it is the PERFECT LENGTH AND FIT. it is stretchy material while also being form fitting and flattering. slit is perfect, not too high. highly recommend if you’re tall and need a last minute dress (got here in 5 days)

The tulle is soft and the lilac color is perfect. Plus, the dress arrived within the delivery window, which was a huge relief. We’ve had excellent customer service from start to finish as well. A permit fit even though I could have gone down a size because it has stretch. But it is perfect and not cheap looking. I’m short so I tried on with a heal and it is perfect in that it covers the shoe without dragging the floor. Size chart is pretty accurate as a guid to buying the correct size .
They communicated with me the whole time. Even when I was worried my granddaughter may not like it and we needed time to find something if so … they speed up the production and got it here 3 weeks in advance of Prom. She absolutely loves it and it looks gorgeous on her.
