We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

Absolutely love this dress! It’s true to size, color is beautiful, and the material did not feel cheap. I wore this to a prom event and I got so many compliments on it.

For reference I normally wear a size 8, I’m 5’2 (3 inch heels) and I ordered a size 8.

It's of good quality, cute, formal, and the size is like a size chart. I really like everything.
The material is not thin or see through. The dress is a quality made dress and does not look cheap. I do not have a flat stomach and have larger arms but this dress did do some camouflaging of my midsection to give a slimmer appearance.
The dress is lovely! The material is light, comfortable, and high quality. The fit is true to size and very flattering for curves.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I love this dress. Sizing and color were very accurate. Not too low cut and very comfortable. I wore for my prom for over 6 hours and never once had to adjust or felt uncomfortable.
