We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

I loved the color and how thick it was. The fabric quality doesn’t leave it see through and the corset is incredibly comfortable.
I really liked this dress, I ordered a size 0, just so it would be a little tighter-fitting, but the lace-up back was adjustable so it still was comfortable and was tight around the waist, which I liked. The material was also very good. 10/10

This dress is absolutely stunning fits so well and true to size. The color was beautiful. This dress got nonstop compliments all night. Much cheaper than any other dress I could found and honestly I will buy every single dress from here going forward - especially for dressing up like a full on princess.
