Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I ordered my usual size, and thanks to the lace-up back, it fit beautifully without needing any alterations. The fabric is smooth, comfortable, and looks so elegant. I received so many compliments on prom night, definitely a five-star purchase!
It shipped well before the event date we gave! The quality is amazing and the dress looks exactly like what is pictured. The train on the dress is longer than it appeared, but is an easy alteration fix. Overall very happy with the results!
Absolutely love this dress was a little skeptical buying off this website but they exceeded all expectations!! Did have the get altered but it was just to tighten around the waist otherwise than that LOVE THE DRESS
