We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

This dress was the perfect fit. We ordered a size 2 according to the measurement sizing chart. My daughter is 5’ 3” 120lbs. It’s a bit long but we knew it might be, with heels it works without alterations. There’s a reinforced edging on the bottom that helps the dress keep its shape for pictures and also prevents the bottom from tearing. The quality is more than expected and definitely high end feeling. This is my daughters senior year, I’ve ordered dresses from multiple different sites and even went to a high end store last year and bought a dress 3x this price, this dress is honestly nicer and more well made than the expensive high end name brand dress from last year. The only issue is shipping, if you are ordering a dress that’s not listed with a lightening bolt “48” hour shipping, be prepared to wait. The dresses are made when it’s ordered so it takes time. I didn’t know this originally so I was a bit stressed but the wait was worth it and I would order again for my other two younger daughters, I would just give plenty of time for shipping!
This dress is so beautiful it’s everything I expected and it fit very well considering im a 0 in most things, it a while to get tracking information and it got here a day before my prom but other than that everything was great
