Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Absolutely love the dress, it came just as it showed and the packaging was great! Very happy with my purchase. Only downside was regarding shipping. I was unsure of when it would be shipped out and I had to ask various times in order to receive a vast estimate of around a month for it to only ship out. Otherwise I was very happy! This dress is so flattering. It fits great and it was comfortable to wear all night. It does run a little long so if you’re around 5’4, you’ll want to wear heels. Perfect dress!

Wore this for my wedding in Key Largo! It was perfect. The fit was perfect. I did size up to a 8. I normally wear size 6. Really easy to pack and the dress was incredibly well made. I really love this brand, as I ordered two other wedding dresses from this company and, they were easy to work with, I received my refunds back quickly when I returned the other two dresses since I fell in love with this one! You won’t be sorry for buying this dress !
