We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I love my bracelet! It fit me perfect, true to size (for me). It is a very beautiful bracelet and I am wearing it all day and night and I also shower with it. I haven’t taken it off since I got it, NOT AT ALL!! And it still shines. I love it. I bought few other items from kissprom and they also are holding up well so far. They are all comfy to wear. I highly recommend purchasing this bracelet.
I was skeptical ordering this because I have very tiny wrist and typically only childrens bracelets fit me. I thought this one might be too childish, but it's not. Its perfect and just what I was looking for. I have a heart shaped diamond on my engagement ring so I wanted to match the bra let with my ring. I would recommend this for any women or young women! Very nice quality, I would absolutely buy another.
I love this bracelet! So far it’s held up being on my wrist 24/7 for the past week. It’s not uncomfortable to wear when I sleep or have my wrist down on a hard surface. Fingers crossed that it holds up**3 month update: it’s still holding up very well and I haven’t taken it off once in 3 months!! It was also shipped securely in a little box.
I’ve been wearing it since I got it and I’m very happy with it. The quality is great, it’s lightweight but still feels durable and its hasn’t faded which is lovely, especially for the price. Putting it was just like most bracelets, a bit difficult, but the clasp clips on well and stays shut. and I’ve been showering with it every day. It seemed like it would be small when I opened it, but it fits perfectly.
