We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

I ordered this for my Homecoming so it had to be tailored to my size. It was a good fit I probably measured too small but it was okay. My only complaint is that the sequins were very itchy! I scratched the entire time. A slip couldn’t be worn bc it was see through. I also had a problem with shipping by a week delay bc someone from the company’s side hacked my account. I got all that straightened out and received my product by the date that I needed it.
The dress fit my Daughter perfectly thanks to the lace up back that provided a little wiggle room. She absolutely loved it! The dress was well made and delivered very quickly. No alterations were needed. Thank you!
