Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I couldn’t be happier with my Kylee prom dress! The blue floral print is even more vibrant in person. The quality of the tulle fabric is amazing, it's soft but still holds its shape beautifully. This dress is everything I hoped for and more! The layered tulle with the floral print is so delicate and beautiful. I wore the red version, and the color was so soft and feminine. The V-neckline was just the right amount of daring while still feeling classy. I was a little nervous about the sizing, but it was true to the size chart. The slit was also a lovely touch, making the dress feel even more glamorous. Highly recommend!
