We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

This is a stunning dress! I got size 0, and I only needed to tighten the waist a little bit.
I got it custom sized by Kiss Prom. I still needed a few tweaks to make it look stunning. I had to shorten the straps and redo the pin on the bow. The material is good. I used the veil that came with the dress , I had to shorten it for my vision. I recommend ordering another pair of gloves . You can get a really good wedding look with this dress for a reasonable price. Just plan some extra time to fix the pin and some minor adjustments, and make sure you get a better gloves too!
I wish they had more in store wedding options but I was happy with my find! Got sized properly and it was amazing.
I was looking for a late night outfit change for my wedding and came across this dress. I was pretty skeptical ordering as I hadn't ever heard of Kiss Prom and I was worried it wouldn't be good quality, but it just came in today and it's perfect! Great quality, fits really well, and the bow is so cute and can come off if you don't want it. Great price compared to some other dresses I was looking at fom other websites as well!
The dress is beautiful and the material is thick not flimsy. I love the dress and can’t wait to wear it. I was a bit concerned as this dress came inside out and the extra items were mixed together. This is not how they packaged the other dress I ordered so I was a little taken back. But the dress is cute.
