We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

Seems good quality. Love the shape and length. I'm very skinny, so I usually have lose fabric at the lowet back area, but this fits on nicely and is comfortable to wear.

I bought this dress in 2022. 😂 2 years! I went dress shopping at several places trying to find something I liked more and nothing could beat this dress. I felt like it was made for me. The fit was absolutely perfect, it is a lovely thick material, I didn’t need to alter it at all. I got it this week and have received endless compliments on it since. I can’t recommend this dress enough.
Color is exactly as it appears, excellent quality and true to size
It fits well and has good fabric quality. It has comfortable fabric and can be worn in various ways.
I like how colors and materials are opaque. This material breathes and looks good on my oversized curvy figure, which is my biggest concern. It's very comfortable, I hope I wrap it in my style description, but this is my own behavior. The length is very good, and I like the cover inside, which adds some humility to the style of the dress. The investment is huge and has a wide range of uses.
