We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

Writing this review on my husbands account.I was looking for a cute bracelet to go with my watch and to look cute with other bracelets around it as well. I found this gem and when it came in, it honestly was exactly what I thought it was going to be.It looks very expensive, the only way to figure out that it’s not real is if you hold it. It does feel a bit light but hey what else do you expect from this price ?Honestly, it’s really pretty and you should get it! Has not turned colors on me at all, then again I don’t wear it everyday but still.You won’t regret buying this!
Wow was this bracelet ever a pleasant surprise! I needed a diamond bracelet for a costume party. I didn’t want to spend a fortune because I knew I would probably wear it only once. This looks like the real deal. It’s hard to capture exactly how beautiful it is in photos, but it really does look like the real thing. It’s very comfortable and hasn’t turned green or made my skin itchy like a lot of cheaper pieces do. The clasp is very interesting and almost looks like a point of design rather than a clasp. I got the 6.5 inch because I have a small wrist and I felt like it was just the right amount of extra. Really beautiful piece and I find myself wearing it many days just because I like the sparkle. :)
I have gotten so many compliments on this bracelet! I have been wearing it for almost a month now, and I never take it off. Been showering, washing dishes, and swimming with it on and it hasn't tarnished. I was worried about it pulling the hair on my arm, but I haven't had any issues with that either. From what I've noticed kissprom seems to be a great brand !
So far looks great and feels good . Light weight. Fits snug, definitely couldn’t have gone smaller BUT this is a perfect addition to my everyday stack. It’s so dainty and the cz are extremely sparkly. The bracelet feels very secure and looks classy on. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and people always things it’s some expensive brand. It is super cute so I recommend!
Pictures are of what we received and what it looked like on this website. Exactly what I was looking for! The clasp is a little tricky to figure out at first, but once you do it is extremely sturdy. I keep this on 24/7 and it still looks perfect! I would recommend :)
