We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I was looking for the right dress for a prom and I found this Haruko Dress that can be worn many different ways! That’s a dream come true! I love the beautiful silky material that was not clingy and provided very nice coverage. It comes in a wide variety of colors and I chose the stunning Blue! It was fun trying different ways to change the looks! In fact, I changed my style 3 times during a prom just to see if anyone noticed! The fit of the dress compliments many sizes.
Very nice and soft to the touch. I bought this for a prom I was going to in 5 days as it was my only option and I’m so glad it was! The dress came in and I fell in love with it! It was a bit heavy to hold as there was so much to it but for the price the quality was amazing! I’ve seen some iffy ways of styling but with the amount they give you to style there is so much you can do with this dress! 20/10 highly recommend!

Bought this for a prom and was very glad I did. It is fun, funky and definitely really cute. Purchased in the size 10 and found that it was very flattering even on a larger person. The fabric was quite nice, it was airy, not too heavy and soft to the touch. This dress is very comfortable and the bust is not tight at all. The slits on the side added a nice touch to the dress. Good price for a dress I will probably wear through the year.
