We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

I was pretty skeptical about ordering a dress off of kissprom, but after not being able to find anything in the stores, I took a chance. I took my measurements and followed the sizing guide, and I was so shocked at how nice this dress is! Super nice quality, very flattering, and fit me perfectly! extremely comfortable and I got a lot of compliments on it ! I am 5’3, around 123ish pounds and the medium fit me perfectly! Definitely would recommend this dress!
I was hesitant to purchase this dress because some of the reviews were unfavorable. I’m so delighted that I ordered it to see for myself. It’s true to size, well-made, figure flattering and it’s comfortable. I love the feature of the adjustable zipper. I’ve never seen that before and I think it’s a great idea.
The color was beautiful, the quality was amazing and their customer service was great. It arrived earlier than expected. The only thing is that I was too long for me and I had to cut it.
This dress is gorgeous! I would suggest wearing a semi fluffy skirt(petite coat) underneath to add some fullness. Very comfy and the ruffles add that special touch! On the negative it’s very long and the straps are pretty thin.
It had no reviews, but was worth it! was the same as the picture. I got this as a last minute prom dress, and needless to say I loved it! The fit is so versatile, the dress is super comfy. Love it!!
