We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

Love how the dress was snug but not too tight. I had room to breathe. It wasn’t too long. Just line enough for high heels. Beautiful dress at a great price for a prom, I was so frustrated with trying to find something before i found this dress and am so relieved!It fits perfectly and feels comfortable, easy to move in and flatters my curves. I bought this for my prom and I was scared that I wouldn't get what I saw featured above. But when It came in it was everything I had wished for. The material is extremely good and the make of the dress is perfection. Sooo comfy and fits so well! I'm very pleasantly surprised, because I feel like things don't usually fit this well on me. But I'm so excited to wear this dress for fancier occasions!!
