We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit. 

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

  • For domestic order returns
    A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
  • For international order returns
    Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

An easy dress to wear. I’m very short at 5’2 so this was perfect for me. Great fabric. Extremely impressed at this price also. Received it within 3 weeks.
Comfort is another major plus. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot summer days.

I went for my prom. This dress was just the thing! Just dressy enough. True to size and I love the length. So comfortable.
It never stuck to me and was very comfortable all day. The fabric was light and airy but kept its shape. An easy steaming after removing it from the box was all it needed. I received many compliments when I wore it. The price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dress.

I bought it for my prom and this dress was perfectttt! It was comfortable and breezy (party was at an ocean view and it was a hot day) this dress made me feel confident and comfortable (able to sit w/o worrying about my stomach.) I loved the length. it has an layer underneath so it’s not transparent. I also received plenty of compliments.
I was really surprised how nice this dress is.Very good quality. I received so many compliments at the prom and everyone was amazed I got it online.
