Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

My daughter wore this Prom and got so many compliments! Absolutely stunning dress and looks very similar to a very expensive dress that was out of our budget So when I found this dress online, I was excited but nervous, but it arrived. The quality is great and it was well worth the price we paid.
When we ordered the dress 30 days in advance, we did read everything in detail re: the dress, shipping, return policy. After a wk, we reached out & Kardel X explained that this was a custom made dress, would refund the money if we cancelled but believed they could get it here on time & would include a 20% refund. Kardel X delivered in a BIG way. Even when the shipping carrier redirected the dress away from us & it left TX to circle Montana, Wyoming & Colorado before it FINALLY landed back in TX again. Shipping box was SUPER sturdy & dress turned inside out & folded neatly in plastic bag, there was little chance for damage! Kiss Prom has Kardel X to thank for this sale!
