We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

Got the dress!! Oh my God is this dress gorgeous. The quality is good. Bought in a size 10.
My eldest daughter wanted this for a prom dress and it was beautiful on her . after-prom she kept it for a short while then bought other accessories and now dresses up with it at the spring show and homecoming.
Dress is pretty but the dress is very reaveal. I found it to run a large so I would recommend sizing down if you have a smaller waist . The lace up makes it very adjustable.
