We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

This dress is as beautiful in person as is in the picture. The detail and passion that was put in this dress is crazy. I wore this dress to my boyfriends Company Christmas party and everyone LOVED IT! The only down side is I ordered the wrong size and it was too big in the top area. Nothing a seamstress can't fix, right? I am 5'0 and 127 pounds. The dress is BEAUTIFUL and was heavy for me, but overall I LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT!! I'll be ordering from this seller again.
The quality of this dress is stunning on. My daughter usually wears a size 4, I ordered a 4. She's 5'1, so will need to have a few inches taken off, as we always expect to do for anything she wears :) will update with her in dress after prom! The dress fit perfectly to her body. She's 34DD-28waist -35hips. When her friends saw her in this dress they all wanted to wear it! It really is a beautiful dress. The material is thick and has a little stretch to it. Really satisfied!
