Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!
WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

It was a perfect fit! The measurements are perfect for the sizing! My daughter looks stunning in it. She’s getting a small bustle put on the back but we love it with and without the train.
Bought this dress in desperation for a prom expecting it to be very average. Quite the opposite, it fits perfectly, and is nicely lined/finished. The detailing is very pretty and well done. I was complimented loads through the day and thoroughly enjoyed wearing it as it moves really nicely. Would highly recommend.

This dress is so well made and beautiful in person! It is double lined and thick with a lace up back. It also comes padded and has a strap on the inside to support the girls so no bra is needed. The fabric is soft and doesn't have a smell. Their customer service was so amazing when it came to communication, and ensured that my dress arrived on time. Will definitely order more dresses from them!
