Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

I bought this dress for a prom and the material is so soft! Super cute, breathable, and comfortable! The mermaid is comfy. Bust area is comfortable and not too tight. Fits and feels great!

I got this for a mardi gras ball and could not be happier. It fit great, super flattering, and came in right on time. Literally the day of the ball! That is my own fault for waiting so long to order a ball gown and not them. Be warned this dress is so much prettier in person and that everyone is going to stop you to compliment this dress!
