We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

If you're on the fence just buy the dress. It was giving everything it needed to give. This dress is very classy, and you will get a lot of compliments. I must say the splits are a little high but I oved them.
I could not be happier with this dress. After looking at so many choices online it seemed too good to be true the reviews on this dress. It exceeded my expectations by far. Fabric is a perfect weight. It’s stretchy but doesn’t have the look of a stretchy dress. The zipper quality is that of a dress hundreds of dollars more in price. I bought a size 4. I’m 5’5” and 149 lbs
I have to say that I am very excited to receive this dress. The seller and I communicated via e-mail and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and happy on how quickly my dress arrived. The quality is amazing...and I think I won't have to make any alterations to it b/c I provided my measurements and the dress practically fits like a glove! Thank you so much!
I bought this dress in Red for my daughters wedding i put a pearl beaded elastic belt on and I have to say wow this dress was quality made with quality fabric and looked beautiful. I was concerned about the slits on both sides but it wasn't a problem sitting because of the cut. Love this dress if I had pictures from the wedding I would post. I will be buying this again for a cruise I'm taking in another color!
Wore this for my 30th birthday party. Wasn't too fancy but enough to make me feel done-up and pretty, and like a beautiful homemaker/host. Will be using for family photos in a couple days too. Very elegant and classy without being too formal (but you can use it for formal events if you dress it up too)!
