We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The fit is perfect, the color was vibrant, and the material is comfortable.
The stress is absolutely perfect and beautiful. It runs true to size and you can make the waist smaller or larger based on the corset strings in the back. You can't get a more beautiful and trendy dress than this. Great quality for the money.
The fit was slightly big in the bust area but could be tied down in the back. The slit is very high. Pockets are clutch. I went to a gala and then downtown after. Tons of people came up to me to compliment how gorgeous the dress was. It did come up slightly shorter than I’m used to once I put on the heels but it wasn’t very noticeable.
I live overseas on an expensive island and can’t afford to buy a dress here. I ordered this beauty and contacted the seller to give my exact measurements at the time. The top was a little bit too big but overall this dress was STUNNING and comfortable and most importantly POCKETS. I am a curvy girl and it is difficult for me to find dresses but this was perfect. I received compliments ALL NIGHT cannot recommend it highly enough. If I ever lose weight I will buy it again
I must admit, I was nervous about ordering my daughters prom dress online, as I was unsure if it was going to get here on time, or even look like it does in the picture. My daughter and I were also worried about if the dress would fit right. Not only did the dress arrive a full week before the original delivery date that was given to us, but the dress fit my daughter beautifully. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, and well made for the price. My only gribe, was that it was really long, so we had to have it tailored for her height, however other than that, it is a great purchase.
