Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bought several dresses for my daughter to try on for her wedding. They were amazing quality and looked amazing-just not what she was looking for. I would have loved to purchase more to try but the return policy fee of 10% per dress as well as a restocking fee in addition to shipping fees cost me almost $200 for which I have nothing to show. If you know you are going to keep the dresses you buy-great option. If you are still looking and don’t want extra fees-make sure you review return policy to be fully informed.

This dress was gorgeous and it was true to size! I’m 5ft, 147lbs and a size 8 was perfect. All we did was alter the dress to tea length bc I’m tiny. Everyone LOVED the dress. Honestly the best decision I ever did. And it’s an absolutely great price!!! $$$
The first one was awful. The wrong dress was sent and I had to fight to get refunded it was really not a great experience. But they worked it out and the second dress is gorgeous and I am very happy with it.
