Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns

The dress was made very well. It looked very high end just like a Sherri Hill dress.
Bought this dress as a backup for a wedding and while it wasn’t the one I wore, I kept it for any other occasion that may call for it. It’s so soft, very stretchy, and flatters your curves. It looks like satin in person but feels like spandex. It’s looks very nice for the price and is a gorgeous color.
So so loved it. The package arrived on time.
The craftmanship looks exquisite and no where it looks any less than designer brands in the market. Thr sequinns are good and that green-golden hue is awesome.
The fishtail bottom is so flattering..

Length is good for height 5'5 and above.
This dress was amazing and I got so many compliments! After reading the reviews I ordered a bigger size. After getting it I thought I needed a smaller size but I put it on and it was great. For a sequin dress it was not heavy at all.
