We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense (unless you purchased the return shipping insurance). And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.sponsibility of the customer.

This dress was perfect for my daughter @ junior prom. She looked so stunning! ! Paid extra for shipping just in case and it came in with enough time to get altered, it was just a bit long but otherwise fit perfect! She took a piece that was cut to put in her hair too! All measurements were verified multiple times to ensure we had the right size. Customer service was great handling all questions and got back to me daily. I was nervous about this company at first but with some research done and now we’ve seen the product they are a great company to purchase from!

It took a little under a month to get it from ordering, we are in Indiana. Very good communication with the staff! Received an email right away to confirm measurements and size ordered.
